MINNEAPOLIS — UPDATE: The power issue which temporarily caused the light rails trains to stop running in downtown Minneapolis has been resolved and trains are resuming at U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field stations, according to Metro Transit.
UPDATE: Limited replacement buses will run between U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field Stations. Riders are also encouraged to use local bus service through downtown.
Both the Blue Line and Green Line light rail trains are currently not running in downtown Minneapolis, according to Metro Transit.
Westbound and northbound trains are reversing direction at U.S. Bank Stadium, the transit provider added.
A power issue is causing the service outage, according to Metro Transit.
