ROCHESTER, Minn. — The Rochester Police Department is investigating after one man was shot and killed in the city on Saturday.
Officers from the department initially responded to 1201 Broadway Ave S. at 2:12 p.m. due to a report of multiple shots fired, according to a release from the department.
One man who had been shot was transported to the Mayo Clinic, St. Marys where he would later die.
Two other men were arrested and the preliminary investigation from the police department suggests an altercation preceded the shooting.
