MINNEAPOLIS — Police are investigating a homicide that happened Sunday morning in north Minneapolis.
According to Minneapolis police spokesperson John Elder, officers were called to a report of shots fired inside a home on the 3800 block of Lyndale Avenue N. around 9:45 a.m. on Sunday. Officers arrived to find a man deceased.
The victim is believed to be in his 30s. His identity has not been released by authorities.
"Other individuals were inside the residence at the time and are being interviewed by investigators," Elder said. "Investigators and officers are canvassing the area, speaking to a number of people who may have heard or seen something."
No arrests have been made in the case so far.
