ST PAUL, Minn. — Enter the 2024 Mistress of Song and Merriment: It's Klondike Kate!
Jody Vander Hart, of Vadnais Heights, won the honor on Wednesday night of being St. Paul's entertainer. Klondike Kate stars in the St. Paul Winter Carnival every year, singing and giving performances with an iconic feather boa.

Some of the events include parades, a snow park, an ice fishing tournament and a celebration put on by the Rondo neighborhood.
