LAKEVILLE, Minn. — One is in custody following a death in Lakeville late Thursday night, according to Lakeville police.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension joined Lakeville police at a home near 172nd Street and Encina Path early Friday morning.
Officials responded around 11 p.m. Thursday after a 911 caller reported "evidence of some type of assault" in the home. KARE 11 Sunrise reporter Michelle Baik confirmed with police a suspect is hospitalized and in custody following the death.
