ST PAUL, Minn — The 8-year-old boy who had been missing since Tuesday evening has been found safe, according to the St. Paul Police Department.
Police were asking for the public's help locating the boy after he had gone missing around 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 10 near the 700 block of Winslow Avenue.
