Missing and endangered man could be in Twin Cities metro area

Authorities are looking for a man who hasn't been seen since Aug. 9, and doesn't have his diabetes medicine.

FOLEY, Minn. — Authorities are looking for a man who hasn't been seen in several weeks. 

The Foley Police Department is looking for Joshua James Woolsey, 40. He is describe as missing and endangered. 

According to police he was last seen Aug. 9 in the Foley area, wearing a Fox Racing shirt, tan cargo shorts and flip flops. He is described as 5'07, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Woolsey could be in the Twin Cities metro area, officials said. He is diabetic and does not have his medication.
