GLENCOE, Minn. — Minneapolis Police have located a teenage girl that was first reported missing on Sept. 17, 2022.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension initially said they were concerned the 15-year-old from Glencoe had left home after potentially meeting someone online.

The BCA did not provide additional details regarding where or who the teenager was found with in their update.

Earlier this month, the teen girl's mom shared a statement with KARE 11's Charmaine Nero pleading for her daughter to come home.

"We are very worried and hope you are safe. If anyone has seen this girl, she could possibly give a fake name and says she is older than she is. If anyone knows anything, please call 911 immediately.”
