MINNEAPOLIS — A man who went missing Saturday near the University of Minnesota has been found safe.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) canceled the search for 33-year-old Steven Skinaway Monday, saying he had been located safe after he hadn't been seen since early Saturday morning near campus.
