30-minute workouts aimed at busy people

The workouts are comprised of challenging strength training two times a week.

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — The fast-paced fitness world has many of us believing to look and feel your best means spending hours in the gym.  

David Gschneidner, Certified Exercise Physiologist  and a trainer from Minneapolis-based Discover Strength joined us at KARE 11 to explain how their challenging strength training workout helps busy people get in shape with just two workouts a week.

Discover Strength is a Minneapolis-based workout program created by fitness professionals working to meet the needs of busy people who don't have time to waste on exercises that don't work. Discover Strength's science-based method of exercise gives people the workout they need in a short amount of time.
