MINNEAPOLIS — The 2019 Fall Parade of Homes starts this weekend.
The Twin Cities Parade of Homes is now in its 71st year, giving people a chance to tour a wide variety of new homes in neighborhoods across the metro area.
This fall, there are 385 new homes open for tours from noon to 6:00 p.m., Thursdays through Sundays from Sept. 7-29, 2019.
Families are encouraged to experience the value and benefits of new homes and neighborhoods all across the spectrum of price, style and locations during the tour. They’ll also get to see the latest in home features, finishes, products and colors for those who just love to see what’s new in home design and décor.
All of the homes are free to tour, with the exception of five Dream Homes where visitors are asked to pay a $5 admission at the door. Proceeds from the Dream Homes go to the BATC-Housing First Minnesota Foundation to help them build and remodel homes for the homeless, veterans and others in need.
Free Guidebooks are available at Holiday Stationstores and more details can be found at ParadeofHomes.org.
