MINNETONKA, Minn. — The Bond Between, formerly Secondhand Hounds, is celebrating Give to the Max Day.
The Bond Between is a rescue organization that saves animals from all over the country and finds them loving homes in Minnesota.
Give to the Max, which runs through midnight Thursday, is the biggest fundraising day of the year for many of the state's nonprofits.
Katie Hedin from The Bond Between joined KARE 11 News at 4 to show off some one-month-old Chihuahua puppies and explain how important financial support is for her organization.
