Come out to Harriet Island Regional Park to raise money for ALS

It's a fun run where participants can dress up as superheroes while supporting a great cause.

ST PAUL, Minn — Superheroes of all ages will suit up on May 18 at Harriet Island Regional Park in St. Paul for The ALS Association's ALS Superhero Dash, supporting Minnesotans navigating the challenges of ALS. 

The family-friendly 5K/10K run event will bring a community together to support those affected by ALS and to raise awareness and critical fundraising support for the fight against ALS.   

The ALS SuperHero Dash is open to the public and funds raised will directly support cutting-edge global research, nationwide and statewide advocacy, and local care services. 

The deets:

  • May 18 at Harriet Island Regional Park in St. Paul
  • Registration and check-in open at 7:30 a.m., followed by the Kids Dash at 8:30 a.m. with the 5K/10K starting at 9:00 a.m.
