Going to the gym can be nerve-wracking. But it doesn't have to be! We talked to an expert about working through it.

MINNEAPOLIS — Going to the gym can be anxiety-inducing for anyone. 

If you don't know how to properly use the equipment or if you get intimidated by other gym-goers, there can be plenty of reasons to put off your next visit. 

Keyaira Johnson, a fitness professional with PWRME Athletica, came on KARE 11 News at Noon for Wellness Wednesday to talk about working through those fitness barriers.
