Collective for Community Health at Children's Minnesota marks second anniversary

The Collective offers resources to make sure that you and your child are healthy outside of the hospital too.

ST PAUL, Minn. — Your child's health is influenced by factors all around them in everyday life.

That's why The Children's Minnesota Collective for Community Health works to improve health both inside and outside of the hospital setting. The Collective partners with various groups to address social and legal needs, and policy changes relating to children's health and well-being.

In 2023, the Collective received $3 million grant from United Health Foundation to address health disparities.

KARE 11 News at Noon learned more about the Collective from James Burroughs, senior vice president, and Zuzi Velazquez, Community Connect Supervisor at Children's Minnesota.
