Check out free music in Mears Park on Thursdays

Lowertown Sounds is a free concert series kicking off this summer in St. Paul.

ST PAUL, Minn. — Free music is coming to St. Paul's Mears Park this summer and one of the artists joined KARE 11 News at Noon on Wednesday. 

Lowertown Sounds performances kick off on June 6 and run on Thursdays through the end of August. 

Singer-songwriter Dan Rodriguez and event coordinator Clint Roberts joined Alexis in the studio to talk more about the free, independent community concert series.
