ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. — The public is invited to the inaugural W.E. (West End) Chalk Festival in St. Louis Park this weekend.
The two-day celebration will feature one-of-a-kind creations from local, national and international chalk artists. The event's founder and local artist Shawn McCann joined KARE 11 News at Noon to chalk and talk.
