MINNEAPOLIS — Have you ever spent a moment to appreciate the collard green?
Queens of Greens is an event to showcase the delicious versatility of this vegetable and highlight four talented female chefs of color. BIPOC Foodways Alliance and Project Sweetie Pie are hosting this event at Union Hmong Kitchen on Lake Street in Minneapolis.
If you're interested in attending, the event is Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 6-9 p.m. Tickets are $30 for entry and small plate tastings and $50 for entry, tastings and two drinks.
