MINNEAPOLIS — Sushi lovers take heed — there's a hot new spot to chow down on hand rolls and sashimi, nestled right in the heart of Dinkytown.
Rollicious is located in DinkyDale Mall on 4th Street.
“Our family has been in the restaurant business for as long as I can remember, starting with my father," owner Soi Ho said in a news release. "We’ve had restaurants in LA, Wyoming and North Dakota, so why Minneapolis? Our family visited the city multiple times and felt at home here."
In a tribute to the new locale, the Rollicious menu has a "Dinkytown Roll" with shrimp tempura, cucumber and spicy mayo.
