MINNEAPOLIS — The Buttered Tin is offering up a fresh spring menu for fans in Northeast Minneapolis and Lowertown St. Paul.
In keeping with Minnesota's pickle obsession, the menu will offer a dill pickle grilled cheese.
Alicia Hinze, owner of The Buttered Tin, visited KARE 11 News at Noon to share the recipe. It includes — dill Havarti and provolone cheeses, dill pickle chips, peppadew relish on toasted sourdough bread.
Hinze is a James Beard-recognized chef and winner of Cupcake Wars. Her restaurant, The Buttered Tin, is open for breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, click here.
