MINNEAPOLIS — Shop 'til you drop while you walk-o with a taco at Rosedale Center with its newest addition to its food hall.
Tio's Tacos owner and chef Adam Randall dropped by KARE 11 News at Noon Wednesday to nosh about the restaurant's new location inside the Roseville mall's Potluck Food Hall.
The eatery offers authentic Mexican street food like tacos, sopes, carne asada and nachos, plus "Chef Adam-inspired" tacos with BBQ pork and jerk chicken.
