GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn — KARE 11 News at Noon is back in the kitchen, celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with another recipe from chef and award-winning author Amalia Moreno-Damgaard.
Moreno-Damgaard is on a mission to educate and inspire a broader audience about the rich traditions of Latin cuisine.
Hispanic Heritage Month runs annually from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.
