MINNEAPOLIS — If you're looking for a delicious lunch date, give the Farmers Kitchen + Bar a try.
The restaurant is open Wednesday - Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as coffee and cocktails.
And especially for Lent, you can buy the shore lunch for two and get crispy fried walleye on a ciabatta bun with all the fixings. The restaurant is owned and operated by local farmers in the Minnesota Farmers Union.
Kris Koch, the executive chef, visited the KARE 11 studio to tell us more.
Farmers Kitchen + Bar is located next to the Guthrie Theater in downtown Minneapolis. Click here for more information.
