BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and not just because of the food — it's also a time to connect.
That's what inspired two college friends to run a food truck that served their favorite breakfast foods.
Grant Veitenheimer and Nick Peterson started Scramblin' Egg in 2023.
The food truck can be found in Bloomington at four locations in September: St. Luke's Church, Bobby and Steve's, Ace Hardware and Bloomington's Farmer's Market.
