GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — If you have some extra cash this holiday season, consider the gift of giving to others!
Twin Cities Toys For Tots is looking for new and unwrapped toys to give to children who might not otherwise receive a holiday gift. The United States Marine Corps has worked with the group to distribute more than 652 million toys to more than 290 million children over the past 77 years.
If you're interested in giving, you can drop off toys at KARE 11 at 8811 Olson Memorial Hwy in Golden Valley. Toy collection will run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Dec. 2 - 18.
If you live closer to Bloomington, Toys for Tots will also have a collection at the Mall of America in the southeast court and in between Forever 21 and Spirit Halloween.
