Minnesota Hmong New Year returns to St. Paul for annual cultural celebration

​The event showcases Hmong culture including food, clothing, jewelry, language, music and dance.

ST PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota Hmong New Year is returning to St. Paul for the 43rd annual celebration. 

The St. Paul RiverCentre will host the event on Saturday, Nov. 25 and Sunday, Nov. 26. It will showcase Hmong culture including food, clothing, jewelry, language, music and dance. 

Hmong New Year draws about 40,000 Hmong Americans from across the country and even abroad to the St. Paul celebration, according to the press release. 

Tickets are $12 at the door or $12.45 online at this link. On Saturday, the event runs from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. and on Sunday, doors are open from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
