MINNEAPOLIS — It is difficult enough to stay upright while roller skating. But in roller derby? These athletes are racing and elbowing each other to get to the finish line.
"Minnesota Mean" is a documentary about six women involved in Minnesota Roller Derby, and their shared journey to win the International Championships. Director Dawn Mikkelson visited KARE 11 News at Noon to share more about the movie.
