MINNEAPOLIS — Foodies and nutrition experts of the world are gathering in Minneapolis this week for a meeting of the minds.
The Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo is underway at the Minneapolis Convention Center from Oct. 5-8. Nutrition expert Annessa Chumbley visited KARE 11 News at Noon to share more about what's on the docket.
The conference, hosted by Eat Right Pro, offers workshops and events for attendees. Some workshops include topics about diabetes, malnutrition and entrepreneurship as a nutritionist.
