ST PAUL PARK, Minn. — The St. Paul Food Truck Festival is rolling back into town this weekend featuring foods ranging from Maine lobster rolls to shrimp tacos to gyros — as well as craft beer and seltzers.
Due to popular demand, this year's festival has been extended to two days, Saturday, July 13, and Sunday, July 14 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Each day will host 50 different food trucks giving guests a different culinary experience throughout the weekend.
The festival, in its eighth year, will be set up at St. Paul's Union Depot.
It's not just food and drinks. Guests can browse and shop for fashions at clothing trucks, find their favorite albums at a vintage record truck or snap some pics at the photo booth truck. There will also be something special for our four-legged friends, a life-sized Jenga, a mechanical bull, cornhole and henna tattoo artists. Throughout the day, local cover bands will be performing favorites on the Minnesota Lottery Stage as well.
