ST PAUL, Minn. — If you have a child who is looking forward to graduating high school (or maybe just needs an extra push), St. Paul's Harding High School will be hosting a career and college fair on Saturday.
The event runs from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., and is open to students in grades 6-12. The Progressive Center for Education and Economic Development will host the free fair alongside Achieve Twin Cities and Saint Paul Public Schools.
As an additional perk, students who attend the fair will be able to sign up for the 2024 tour of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs).
Rev. Dr. Melvin G. Miller, the pastor of Progressive Baptist Church, came to the KARE 11 studio on Friday to chat about the upcoming event.
