Each chef carries a story behind their meals, and "Stories Behind the Menu" provides an opportunity for them to share their hearts alongside their dishes.
Chaz Sandifer, creator of "Stories Behind the Menu," visited the KARE 11 Studio with Chefs Rowan Brown and Von Inthisone.
The two chefs will share Jamaican and Laotian food and tell guests about their journeys. Mosaic Venue will host the event on Thursday. Tickets are available here.
