MINNEAPOLIS — The Westminster Town Hall Forum will host Minneapolis journalist Michele Norris on Thursday for a conversation on race and identity across the nation.
She will be talking about her new book, "Our Hidden Conversations; What Americans Really Think About Race and Identity." The book centers around her work with The Race Card Project, which asked people to write their experience of race in six words.
Tane Danger, director of the Westminster Town Hall Forum, joined KARE 11 News at Noon to preview the conversation.
The event is on Feb. 1. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the forum starts at 6 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian. Tickets are free and seating is first come, first served.
