ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn — A victim of the Park Tavern crash is leaving the hospital, while two other hospitalized victims are now listed as being in "satisfactory condition."

The crash on Sunday left two people dead, nine hurt, and a community in shock. The man who allegedly drove into the Park Tavern patio, Steven Bailey, had a blood-alcohol level of .325 when the crash occurred, according to the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, more than four times the legal limit to drive in Minnesota. One witness said the driver struck the back of his vehicle before driving directly at the patio, which was estimated at around 30 people.

One of the people killed in the incident — Gabe Harvey — was a Health Unit Coordinator at Methodist. Three of Harvey's fellow ICU nurses were hospitalized.

On Friday, Theo Larson was released from the hospital, Methodist said in a press release. The other two victims, Laura Knutsen and Tegan D’Albani were listed as in "serious condition" on Thursday. That was upgraded to "satisfactory condition" on Friday.

“We are overwhelmed by the support from our family, friends and the community. Feeling this level of care and concern helps so much," read a statement from the family of D'Albani. "We are thrilled to share that Tegan is on the road to recovery. She is breathing on her own again and talking with family and even finding a way to fit some humor into this difficult situation. There is still a long way to go, but we are encouraged by seeing Tegan’s strength and determination. Thank you for your thoughts and generosity. Our family is beyond grateful.”

Kristina Folkerts, a waitress at Park Tavern, also lost her life in the Sunday crash. Kristina's relationship with the business ran much deeper than work: Her mother was also an employee there and passed away when Folkerts was just 14. Park Tavern employees stepped up to help her get through it.

The Park Tavern held a soft reopening on Wednesday after having an all-staff meeting in the morning along with a special event for employees of Methodist Hospital.
