ROGERS, Minn. — One person is dead and two firefighters recovering from injuries after a home caught fire in Rogers early Sunday evening.
The Rogers Fire Department (RFD) detailed the incident in a post on its Facebook account, saying engines were dispatched to a structure on Territorial Road and Fletcher Lane around 5 p.m. Arriving fire crews located a person deceased in the residence.
Department officials say two firefighters were injured on the scene with one transported to North Memorial Medical Center and the other treated and released at the scene. The post said both injuries were "minor."
RFD provided no further details about the fire or a potential cause.
