ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Officials are giving the public a look at the plans for the former Seven Corners Hardware store in downtown St. Paul.
Opus Development's plan is for a six-story, two-building development that mixes a hotel, apartments, town homes, retail space and parking.
Seven Corners Hardware, a landmark in St. Paul for 80 years, closed up shop early last month.
