SHOREWOOD, Minn. -- South Lake Minnetonka Police have released dash-cam video of a high-speed chase on Tuesday.
Police say the incident happened on Highway 7 with the suspect vehicle was running red lights at speeds estimated at over 80 miles per hour. An officer used vehicle contact tactics to spin the car into the guardrail and end the chase.
Police say the driver was apparently suffering a mental health crisis. They say no one was injured during the chase.
