MINNETONKA, Minn. — Feeling a little stressed, overwhelmed or just downright tired during the busy holiday season? Secondhand Hounds has some cute four-legged furballs that could help.
On Wednesday, Dec. 28 from 1-6 p.m., Secondhand Hounds animal rescue is hosting a free puppy snuggle event at their Minnetonka location, located at 5959 Baker Road, Suit 390.
There are no age requirements or expectations to adopt - just come as you are and spend some quality time snuggled up with cute animals!
Rachel Mairose, executive director and founder of Secondhand Hounds, said she hopes the event helps destigmatize mental health issues and gives people dealing with anxiety or stress a chance to relax.
