MINNEAPOLIS — A portion of I-94 is back open on Sunday after being closed for hours due to a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal (BCA) investigation into two incidents on Saturday night.
The BCA posted on social media that the interstate was closed between Dowling Avenue North and West Broadway in Minneapolis. Officials are investigating a State Patrol use-of-force incident following a separate incident on the highway.
Officials said no injuries were reported in either incident.
All southbound traffic in the area was being directed to exit the interstate at Dowling Avenue near Minneapolis.
Lt. Michael Lee with State Patrol said a suspect was arrested without incident.
