ST. CLOUD, Minn. — The Minnesota BCA is seeking the public's help finding a missing man who was last seen in St. Cloud.
In a post on X, the BCA said Shane Wozney is 5'11", 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has an eagle’s head tattoo on his back.
The BCA said Wozney is deaf and his primary language is American Sign Language.
The 37-year-old was last seen on Feb. 11 wearing a tan or green button-up jacket, jeans and an orange ballcap with a dark-colored hat beneath it.
