ST. CLOUD, Minn. — The St. Cloud Police Department is seeking a 14-year-old after officials said she ran away from a youth shelter on April 24.
Cilia Abwoyo Langoya left the 180 Degrees Youth Shelter around 9 p.m. that day and hasn't been seen since, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
Langoya is 5-feet-3-inches and 150 pounds. In the picture provided, her hair is blonde, but authorities say it could now be a different color.
