MINNEAPOLIS — A puppy in Minneapolis is home after police say it was stolen earlier this week.

Minneapolis Police shared on social media that they were investigating the theft of a Cane Corso puppy, which was taken after the 78-year-old owner was knocked to the ground.

It happened on the 1800 block of 3rd Ave S at about 4 p.m. Monday, officials said. Police shared images on Facebook as they asked the public for help identifying the people pictured.
