GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — Tacos, burritos, quesadillas... and chicken nuggets?
For a limited time, at least, all will be available at 80 Taco Bell restaurants across the Twin Cities while the company tests out the new menu item.
According to a Taco Bell spokesperson, Crispy Chicken Nuggets are being offered in 5-piece and 10-piece servings, with two sauce options: signature Taco Bell sauce or Hot & Sweet Jalapeno Honey Mustard. The company hasn't specified how long the nuggets be available or what locations they're being offered.
This isn't the first time the Twin Cities have been used as a testing ground for Taco Bell. A first-of-its-kind, multi-story Taco Bell Defy opened in Brooklyn Park last summer in an effort to reinvent drive-thrus.
