WASHINGTON D.C., DC — The Department of Justice announced three more Minnesota men have been charged in connection to the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol in 2021.
According to the DOJ and United States Attorney's Office, 44-year-old Kenneth Wayne Fuller, 20-year-old Caleb Kenneth Fuller and 40-year-old Nicholas John Fuller were each recently charged with one felony count of obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder, misdemeanor counts of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and disorderly conduct in a restricted building or grounds.
Kenneth and Caleb, of Cleveland, Minnesota, are father and son; Nicholas, of Mapleton, is Kenneth's brother.
The DOJ said Kenneth Fuller was arrested and made his initial appearance in Minnesota on Friday, June 16, while Caleb and Nicholas were previously arrested and made their first appearances the week before.
The Fullers' arrest comes nearly two and a half years after a group of former President Donald Trump's supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol building as lawmakers certified the results of the 2020 election. To date, more than 1,000 people have been arrested in connection to the breach and 350 have been charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, according to the DOJ.
The Justice Department and U.S. Attorney's Office said the three men were seen on body-worn camera footage pushing against police officers and "in front of police lines at various locations."
Nine other Minnesotans had previously been charged for their roles in the 2021 insurrection. Frank Bratjan Jr., Daniel Johnson and Jordan Stotts each pleaded guilty to charges including disorderly and disruptive conduct and entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds.
According to court records, Brian Mock, Jonah Westbury and Victoria White all pleaded not guilty to their charges. Robert Westbury, Isaac Westbury and Aaron James, all from Lindstrom, Minnesota, are also facing multiple charges.
