SHAKOPEE, Minn. - Valleyfair announced Thursday two roller coasters that were closed due to encroaching flood waters are reopening.

Valleyfair spokesperson Robin Stinnett told KARE 11 the Renegade and Excalibur roller coasters are now open. The Thunder Canyon roller coaster remains closed but Stinnett says they are working to open that ride next week.

Stinnett says the roller coasters did not sustain any damage as they are built with materials that are not impacted by flooding.

The main parking lot is now open as well.

Updates will be made on Valleyfair's social media sites along with their website.
