WASECA, Minn. — A 7-year-old girl from Waseca has been found safe after authorities posted that she had gone missing Monday night.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension posted that she was found safe by 1 a.m. Tuesday. The Waseca Police Department posted she went missing just before 7 p.m. Monday night and was last seen "running away from her family" near the Waseca Mayo Hospital.
Emergency responders had conducted grid searches in the northwest section of Waseca. The department thanked the public for their help.
