MORRISTOWN, Minn. — A 31-year-old man from Waseca has died after being pulled into a piece of farming equipment on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a press release from the Rice County Sheriff's Office, crews were sent to Morristown Township for a farm accident.
When they arrived, Morristown Fire and Rescue said that Mitchell Kenneth Gregory Olson, 31, was dead.
Officials said Olson was caught in a haybine and needed to be extracted.
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources assisted at the scene.
