MINNEAPOLIS — A child was found safe in an abandoned car seat after the car she was in was stolen in Minneapolis.
Minneapolis police say the vehicle was initially stolen from the 1300 block of Lake St. E. on Saturday evening. The child was found later in the 2000 block of 3rd Avenue South.
According to police, the "infant female was unharmed and reunited with family, however the vehicle has not yet been recovered."
Police said no arrests had been made as of Saturday night.
