MINNEAPOLIS - Police were investigating a homicide in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood Friday evening.
Police officers responded to the 1800 block of Riverside Ave. around 7:20 p.m. Friday on a report of shots fired.
The officers found a man shot to death inside a car.
Police say there were several people in the area at the time of the shooting.
