MINNEAPOLIS - Minneapolis Police say a suspect is in custody following a fatal shooting on the city's near south side Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators say the man was shot multiple times while sitting in his car near East 21st Street and Bloomington Ave South. The victim was then transported to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he died of his wounds.
Police say the call came in at about 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. about 22 hours later an adult male suspect was arrested in connection with the killing. He is being held in the Hennepin County Jail on probable cause murder
