ST PAUL, Minn. — A corner of a cattle barn at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds collapsed Tuesday evening.
No injuries have been reported and there was no cattle inside. During cold temperature months the barn is used for storage.
Authorities believe heavy snow from an adjacent rooftop fell onto the cattle barn causing it to collapse.
The barn is located on the south side of Judson Avenue between Stevens and Liggett streets.
The cattle barn is a large brick structure and covers 117,450 square feet.
The St. Paul Fire Department were on the scene.
